Fire safety plans the drawings-documents that provides accurate and timely information about a building, business, site, or event and its fire safety systems, contents, and processes during an emergency. Bangladesh Fire Service has made it mandatory for all establishments to formulate fire safety plans per the Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Act 2003 and approve and implement them.

  • Project visit & Assessment
  • Develop an initial design concept & then detailed architectural and engineering drawings.
  • If the client already has the architectural drawing, we start the below procedures
  • Design and specify the appropriate firefighting system following national & international guidelines.
  • Code compliance review by a professional fire engineer & also by a professional from fire service
  • Preparation total package of documentation
  • Submit all the documents to Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense
  • Collaborate with authorities- arrange an inspection
  • Final approval
  • After installation of all advised fire safety systems on the same process final NOC is issued.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE SAFETY PLAN

  • Assessment Form
  • Filled-in Prescribed Application Form/Online Application Form
  • Land Deed
  • Certification to the Effect that There is No Case
  • Trade License
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) Safety plan (7 floors and above)
  • Building Design by An Engineering Firm
  • Memorandum of Association in case of Limited Companies [Not mandatory]
  • Deed of Agreements
  • Covering Letter from BEPZA (in case of EPZ factories)[Not mandatory]
  • Submission of the Engineering Drawing or Design (the design has to be made and finalized by an engineering consulting firm)
  • Filled-in Prescribed Application Form
